www wednesday for December

Happy Wednesday! Oh my, the last time I did WWW was almost three months ago. I know I haven't updated you with the books I have read lately, but here I am again, sharing with you the wonderful novels I got the pleasure of reading.

Here's my WWW  for this week.  WWW Wednesdays is a weekly meme hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

Anyway, here are my answers for this week:

Currently Reading:
Masked Encounters by Felicia Tatum
(Intoxication Passion Book 1)

Korah Daniels has been through a lot in her nineteen years. Broken hearts, abusive relationships, and horrid dates have caused her to doubt love. Dane Davidson is the worst kind of playboy. The ultimate frat boy, drinking and ending up with a different girl every night.  What would happen when they meet? I wonder what..

Another wonderful story from Felicia Tatum. I enjoyed her White Aura novel, so for sure, this one is going to be another hit!

Recently Finished Reading:
I have finished the complete series of Dilemmas of a Dragonslayer + the Prologue. Wow, It was really an exciting 8-volume adventure. Every book promises thrills, mystery, magic and adventures. I've posted some of my reviews below, and I hope everyone will check them out. It is a really cool series, I promise you that!

Dragonslayer 1 - Dragonslayer No More?
Dragonslayer 2 - Dragonslayer and His Sorceress
Dragonslayer 4-5
Dragonslayer 7-8

WILL SOON READ:
I currently have a lot on my hands - I can't really decide which one to read first, Yay! S help me choose, pretty please :) *wink wink*

The Book of Epoch - Twelve Nation

Creche - Karin Cox

Monday Musing - 06/17

It's the month of Weddings!!

Welcome to another Musing Mondays. This is a weekly meme hosted by MizB from Should be Reading.

Musing Mondays (Oct. 3)

Musing Mondays asks you to muse about one of the following each week…

• Describe one of your reading habits.
• Tell us what book(s) you recently bought for yourself or someone else, and why you chose that/those book(s).
• What book are you currently desperate to get your hands on? Tell us about it!
• Tell us what you’re reading right now — what you think of it, so far; why you chose it; what you are (or, aren’t) enjoying it.
• Do you have a bookish rant? Something about books or reading (or the industry) that gets your ire up? Share it with us!

Instead of the above questions, maybe you just want to ramble on about something else pertaining to books — let’s hear it, then!

This week I am musing about: what I’m currently reading:

Since it's the Wedding Season, I already piled my To-B-Reads with stories that have wedding themes. So far, I've finished, Married by Mistake by Abby Gaines and "Always the Last To Know" by Crystal Bowling.

Today, I am reading: Dee Tenorio's A Wedding Story

Ruth Anne Barbellis—unhappily nicknamed "Rhubarb" by her lifelong enemy, Bobby Wichowski—is in Wedding Hell. Why?
Her sister is marrying Bobby's brother.
She's trussed up in a bridesmaid dress that must have been designed originally as a Victorian Torture Chamber.
To teach them a lesson, she and Bobby have been assigned to the Kiddie Table.
And that's only the beginning...

and I can't wait to finish this later... How about you? What are you currently reading?

Maximum Ride Series

Currently reading Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment, the first book in the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson.

The book is set in the near future and centers around the ‘flock’, a group of human-avian hybrids (98% human, 2% bird) on the run from the scientists who created them. It focuses on Maximum Ride (Max), the leader of the ‘flock’, with Fang, Iggy, Nudge, Gasman and Angel—they are just like ordinary kids—only they have wings and can fly.

It may seem like a dream come true to some, but their lives can morph into a living nightmare at any time…like when Angel, the youngest member of the flock, is kidnapped and taken back to the “School” where she and the others were experimented on by a crew of scientists.

love galore

It's February! My most favorite month of the year. Why? Because aside from it being the LOVE month, it happened to be my birth month too.

Oh yes, I'm getting a year older again. A year wiser, too. At least that's what my kids said. Teehee ^_~

Anyway, for this month, the books I am going to read are mostly Contemporary Romances  and Rom-Coms. Yes, romantic-comedies bring out the girl in me. So my booklist is going to be love-infested.

Yeah, I wanna go lovey-dovey and romancey at this time of the year. I wanna fall in love all over again. I wanna laugh my heart out. I want to cry and sigh. I want to get giggly and gooey when I imagine a romantic scene.

So I guess.. I think I'll set aside the paranormals and faeries month. But don't fret, my dear friends. My favorite fantaseries will make their presence felt on March.

For now, let the love bug bite and be ready to fall in love.
